Issues with blocked gutters

All properties are prone to blocked gutters, if they're not cleaned regularly.

Blocked or overflowing gutters can cause all sorts of problems and damage to

your property.

  • Leaves, moss, dirt and other debris can block your gutters, meaning a build-up of static water which can result in leaking or overflowing gutters resulting in unsightly staining and damp.

  •  Extra weight from debris can cause guttering to pull away from the fascia, in extreme cases falling from the property completely.

  •  If water is unable to drain, it can then seep into your properties foundations.

  • Gutters play an essential part in weather proofing your house, directing rainfall away from the outer skin of your property.
